Three Fun Exercises!

Improving fine motor control in young children can significantly improve their quality of life. There are several movement disorders that can affect young children, including ADHD, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, and hyperkinetic disorders such as tics, tremors, chorea, and dystonia. Some treatments and therapies for these include hand therapy for improved dexterity. Dex is a rehabilitation game that is fun and engaging, making physical therapy easier for children.
